Author Jason Irby of North Little Rock along with the Wabbaseka Memorial Committee will host the “Arkansas Flag 101” and Arkansas Flag/Wabbaseka Memorial Completion Ceremony to be held at Wabbaseka City Park in Wabbaseka, Arkansas on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 beginning at 9:30 A.M.
